4. Pricing
We offer you consistently low prices on our entire catalog of books, CDs, videos, and much more. SelfHelpWarehouse.com guarantees our products and services to be offered at the lowest prices possible and we offer 20% discounts on most of our books -- matching the leading major booksellers.
The total cost of your order is equal to the price of your items plus shipping cost (see below) and sales tax if applicable. (Only orders being shipped to Nevada or Georgia incur sales tax when buying at SelfHelpWarehouse.com).
5. Shipping
Express orders placed before 12PM Noon Eastern Time (Business Days) will be processed the same day. Ground orders and International orders placed prior to 12PM Noon Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or on Holidays.

6. Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to the states of Georgia and Nevada. If you are a tax exempt organization in Georgia or Nevada, please provide us with a copy of your tax exempt license. Sales tax is never calculated on shipping charges.
7. Placing an order online

1. To add an item to your shopping basket, click the Add To Cart button next to the product that you wish to purchase (You can view and/or change the contents in your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "Basket Contents" button at the top of screen).
2. When you're finished shopping, click the Checkout icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
3. Fill out the online order form, clicking "Continue" at the bottom of each of the screens until you receive your order number and thank you message. SelfHelpWarehouse.com will also send you an order confirmation via e-mail.
** Your credit card will show a “Temporary Authorization” at the time of your purchase for the total amount of the order. Your credit card however, will not be charged until your order is shipped.
8. Do you accept purchase orders?
We are pleased to accept purchase orders from all public agencies, government organizations, and accredited educational institutions based in the USA and Canada. We also accept purchase orders from recognized private institutions based in the USA. Please refer to our Purchase Order page.
9. How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?
All prices in our store are listed in US Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard and checks or money orders denominated in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located along the bottom.

10. Paying by Check/Money Order
You may use our online shopping cart feature choosing the option to pay via Check. If you would like to have the products in your order held/reserved, you must proceed through the entire checkout process until you receive an order number (given on the confirmation screen). This will let us know to expect your payment and to set your products aside. Please include the order number on your check/money order.
** Please note that although the items in your order will be held for you/your organization, your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

14. Return Policy
SelfHelpWarehouse.com offers only quality merchandise. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 90 days of delivery, you may return any merchadise for a full refund or credit (less shipping charges). We never charge restocking fees.
Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and not damaged or altered in any way. CDs, DVD's & Books must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Please note that testing materials are not returnable. To ensure proper credit, please contact us for return directions prior to returning an item.
After 90 days, items may be returned for credit only (less shipping charges).
Damaged Goods: If your order or part of your order arrived broken or damaged via transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a return authorization number. Damaged goods must have return authorization. Damaged and/or defective items will be replaced free of charge.
15. Do you sell international-format videos?
All of the videos sold by SelfHelpWarehouse.com follow the NTSC format. This is the video format used in North America. These videos will not play on most machines in Europe or other countries that use PAL, SECAM, or other video standards.
