90-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 90 days of delivery, you may return any merchadise for a full refund or credit (less shipping charges). We never charge restocking fees.

Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and not damaged or altered in any way. CDs, DVD's & Books must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Please note that testing materials are not returnable.

After 90 days, items may be returned for credit only (less shipping charges).

Damaged Goods: If your order or part of your order arrived broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a return authorization number. Damaged goods must have return authorization. Damaged and/or defective items will be replaced free of charge.
